Made from organically farmed grapes from a vineyard a stone's throw from the ocean in Santa Barbara (Hope Ranch), this gorgeous wine is our take on a California Grand Cru Chablis. The grapes were hand-picked, whole-cluster pressed, barrel-fermented in neutral French oak and aged sur-lies for 3 years. Estate bottled, aged 3 years before release.
